SWIN attended the annual Musgrave Park NAIDOC Family Fun Day held in Brisbane on Friday 11th July 2014. The day was an eventful experience, this being the first Musgrave Park SWIN has attended.
Ipswich PCYC NAIDOC Celebrations

Congratulations to Ipswich PCYC and all the Indigenous Community Sport & Recreation Officers who attended for a successful NAIDOC event on Tuesday 08th July 2014. SWIN was invited along on the day to share in the celebrations and also introduce the community to our South East Small Grants program.

Kiara Suey recently participated in the Toowoomba representative side which competed at the under 13 girls QLD Hockey Championships in Mackay through the support given to her by the SWIN Small Grants Subsidy Program!

Toowoomba set for feast of FREE family tennis events!
Toowoomba is set for a feast of free community tennis events surrounding the Toowoomba International tennis tournament which runs from the 7th to the 15th of September with the highlight being the Indigenous Come and Try Tennis Day which will happen on Friday the 13th of September from 4pm to 6pm at the Toowoomba Regional Tennis Centre at USQ.

The Toowoomba PCYC Golf Day will be held on Friday the 13th of September at the City Golf Club with a 12 noon shotgun start!
